Distance/Online Education

Click with SWCC!  Southwestern Community College offers you the option of taking some or all of your courses online.  Students from all over the world have taken advantage of this option.  Each semester approximately 400 online courses are available.  SWCC’s online courses offer you a flexible learning option without sacrificing student support.  A dedicated and knowledgeable online staff is available to assist throughout your coursework. Southwestern offers the following degrees completely online:

  • Associate of arts for transfer
  • Associate of science degree in business administration
  • Associate of science degree in accounting
  • Associate of science degree in agricultural business

Classes are offered in an eight-week or 16-week format.  Free online tutoring is available and students who qualify may receive financial aid assistance.  Once enrolled, you’ll have access to SWCC’s Campus Connect system, where you can view your schedule, check your mid-terms, look up your final grades, and more.
