Bookstore Location

The Southwestern Bookstore is located in the student center on the north part of campus.

Fall and Spring Hours:

Monday-Friday
7:30 a.m.-4:45 p.m.

Summer Hours:

Monday-Friday
7:30 a.m.-Noon, and 12:30-4:00 p.m. (NOTE:  Closed from noon-12:30 p.m.)

Forms of Payment

Southwestern Community College accepts cash, checks, credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, and Discover), debit cards and charge slips. The SWCC Bookstore is unable to accept checks for cash without a purchase. There will be a $30 service charge on all insufficient fund checks.

Charge Slip Pickup

Students receiving financial aid in the form of a grant, loan, etc. must pick up a charge slip from the business office each time prior to making every purchase in the SWCC Bookstore. Students can receive their first charge slip during registration if they would like to purchase books that day.

Items Eligible for Purchase with a Charge Slip

Required course textbooks and required course supplies are the only items that may be purchased using a charge slip.
